All vehicle sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds once a vehicle has been purchased and its registration is completed.
We strongly encourage buyers to thoroughly inspect and test drive the vehicle before making a purchase decision. If you have any questions or concerns about a vehicle, please contact the seller directly for clarification prior to completing your transaction.
Cancellations made before registration or dispatch may be eligible for a refund (subject to deductions) — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for charges and timelines.
