Cancellation & Refund Policy
At CarBhartics.com we strive for a seamless experience buying new and used cars. If you choose to cancel your booking, please read these terms carefully.
1. Cancellation Charges
a) New cars
- A cancellation charge of 5% of the ex-showroom price (before any discounts or offers) will apply.
- Additionally, payment-gateway charges (as per actuals, varying by payment method) will be deducted.
b) Used cars
- A cancellation charge of 10% of the final agreed price will apply.
- Payment-gateway charges, if applicable, will also be deducted at actuals.
2. When Can You Cancel?
Cancellation is allowed only before the car is registered in your name or before delivery is initiated. Once the vehicle is registered or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
3. Refund Timeline
After approval, refunds (post-deductions) are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method. The time taken to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, email customersupport@carbhartics.com. Please include your full name, booking reference, vehicle details and reason for cancellation.
